These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Song Meowla, the AI text-to-song generation platform operated by Song Meowla ("we", "us", or "our") at https://www.songmeowla.com. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, generating songs, or otherwise using Song Meowla, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service. If you are using Song Meowla on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Song Meowla grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI text to song generator to create audio content from text, lyrics, and prompts. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. The service is intended for lawful creative use and may be updated, limited, or modified at any time.
Songs, lyrics, and audio files generated by Song Meowla's AI models are produced through a collaboration between your text input and our generative system. You retain ownership of any original lyrics or text prompts you submit. Songs created on the free tier are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Paid subscribers receive a commercial license to publish, monetize, and distribute generated audio on streaming platforms, social media, and in commercial projects. Song Meowla retains ownership of the underlying AI models, training pipelines, and platform software. You may not claim that AI-generated output is entirely human-composed.
You may not use Song Meowla to: generate content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights of others; create music intended to harass, defame, or deceive; impersonate any artist, brand, or person without authorization; submit lyrics or prompts containing unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit material involving minors; reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our models or platform code; or resell access to the service without written permission. Violations may result in immediate suspension and termination of your account.
Song Meowla is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-generated audio is probabilistic and may occasionally contain errors, artifacts, or unintended content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Song Meowla and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, data, or content, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Song Meowla and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the AI song generator, or create liability for us or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though any commercial license granted for previously generated content under a valid paid plan remains in effect according to its terms. Sections regarding ownership, limitation of liability, and prohibited uses survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or platform features. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when revisions were made. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. Continued use of Song Meowla after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should discontinue use before they become effective.
